I found problem by creating manual sitemap. I tried on wp-admin by using c-panel but it could not worked. Here is the URL of website you can check it out sitemap and also robots.txt file. If there will any changes need and updates let us know.
Its not a good idea to update your sitemap manually.
You can change which things to add in the sitemap or make available to search engines by plug-in settings.
You can easily disable categories, tags, or other taxonomies to be indexed.
