How to add a thank you page in beamer, properly?

Question

I would like to add a Thank you page as below without the Part 1 and subsection. How to get around with this ? many thanks in advance.

A couple of options:

• to keep the headline and just remove the text: add an empty section before the thank you frame

• to keep the footline and just remove the headline: use \setbeamertemplate{headline}{}

• to remove both the head- and footline: use a plain frame

Or use a theme which has standout frames, like moloch. As bonus, you could ditch this terrible preamble in which most of the packages are unnecessary for beamer, some even harmful, which uses outdated macros and uses them at the wrong time which messes up the pdf meta data.
