How upload my iOS / Mac OSX apps to iTunes Connect

I can't find a way to upload my binary to iTunes Connect! When trying to Validate... and Submit... in Xcode 4.2 i get this error:

Contacted Apple DTS and still no reply! How can I upload my binary?

SOLVED: I reinstalled Xcode and it gave a warning:

You need a 72X72 PNG image!

I did that and it worked i submitted it with Xcode 4.2.1!
