I have a yeoman web app based on jquery, bootstrap and custom js pluggins. When I run grunt build, all tasks from bellow are successfully executed without errors.

When I run the distribution app, I get some js errors such as:
- Uncaught TypeError: 1 is not a function
- Failed to load http://mywebapp.com/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.6.3 Failed to load
I installed fontawsome with bower. I assume my bower modules are not compiled and minified.
Any help please ?

Looks like you're not copying the fontawesome font file in the copy task... Did you install that with bower? If so, you'll want to copy that font file like you do for bootstrap.
The JS error is going to be extremely difficult to track down. I'd take a very close look at the final JS file that usemin produces and maybe run that through a code syntax validator. Obviously it isn't concatenating correctly somehow. The other option is to not use usemin for that and directly use uglify.
