Is there any way to mount android directory from windows/linux programmatically/command-line via LAN?

I know how to mount shared windows folder from android (jcifs) but how to do it vice versa. Is it possible? Thanks.

I don't think this is the right site to ask this question, but try jmtpfs. You could try mtpfs, but it did not work for me out of the box, so I do not suggest it.
