how to find instructions per cycle in a processor?

So i'm doing a problem and it asks to find the IPC for several processors. I understand the formula, however it gives me: "20.00E+09" as the number of instructions, could somebody please explain to me what this means? is it: 20,000,000,000?

Yes it is. The E+09 is a fill-in for 20.00 x 10^9
