When I am running Localstack then I am getting the error:

I tried changing Localstack version several times and using different ports, but the error is the same.

Solution

Remove all other container

   docker rm <container_id>

Remove all images

   docker rmi -f $(docker image ls -a -q)

Then run your compose file
