There is Material Theme Builder which generates an MD3 palette, but it don't provides color codes for surface containers (e.g. N-96, N-94, N-92, etc.), where i can find color codes for them?
Those colors are given with tone rather than codes. For example, N-96 means the neutral colour with a tone of 96.
As of today, the only way I've found to use those tones is to use their material-color-utilities package. From that, you can get the actual color code.
