I have a DocuSign workflow where my company requires a valid Digital Signature and Digital Certificate for the Signer to be present in the completed document I receive from DocuSign. However, upon doing some test signatures, I see that DocuSign only applies the certificate to themselves and not to the signers. What am I missing?
Re: How can a DocuSign Signer use a digital certificate?
Easy-peasy, DocuSign supports signing via all three types of electronic signatures:
If your use case requires AES or QES signatures, talk with your DocuSign representative and they'll take care of you. Some docs and Google for DocuSign Standards Based Signatures.
