Since updating React-Native I have been unable to successfully build as I keep getting this error.
Error: Missing permissions required by intent Intent.ACTION_CLOSE_SYSTEM_DIALOGS: android.permission.BROADCAST_CLOSE_SYSTEM_DIALOGS [MissingPermission] context.sendBroadcast(new Intent(Intent.ACTION_CLOSE_SYSTEM_DIALOGS))

I have searched for this error and the only thing I can come up with is a github issue that has no suggestions on how to fix the error. Any suggestions where to else to look?
Have you tried adding that permission to your AndroidManifest.xml file? Because I do not see it.

Please add this attribute tools:ignore="ProtectedPermissions" to your uses-permission tag
