In my root htaccess, I have this lines of code to redirect my subdomain to a subfolder in my directory:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} subdomain.mysite.com.br [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://mysite.com.br/subdomain/$1 [L,NC,QSA]
When I access subdomain.mysite.com.br, it redirects to mysite.com.br/subdomain as expected. But when I try to access subdomain.mysite.com.br/demo1, for example, it returns an error 404. I wish it was redirected to mysite.com.br/subdomain/demo1.
I don't know the code for htaccess, but I think I've to alter the RewriteCond to get this last piece of URL (line 1) and return this last parameter to the RewriteRule (line 2). How can I do that? Thanks
Searched in Google and Stack and didn't find exactly this solution.

As said, it was at bottom of the file, but even chaging to the top, it still behaving the same way.
PS.: W3TC is a WP plugin

I'm guessing you've placed this rule at the end of the .htaccess file (after the WordPress code block). It needs to go at the top of the .htaccess file, before the existing WordPress directives (ie. before the # BEGIN WordPress comment marker). The order of the rules is important.
If you place it at the end of the file then it will only redirect requests to the root directory and not /<something> (unless this happened to map to a physical file or directory). Which would seem to be what you are seeing.

You should be explicit and include the R flag on the RewriteRule. The QSA and NC flags are superfluous on the RewriteRule. You should backslash-escape the literal dots and anchor the regex.
For example, try the following instead:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^subdomain\.example\.com [NC]
RewriteRule (.*) https://example.com/subdomain/$1 [R=302,L]
You need to make sure any browser/intermediary caches are cleared before testing.
