I can not install Angular Flex

Question

I have an error when I run npm install @angular/flex-layout. Anyone knows what does it mean? I try --force, then the installation is complete successfully, but when I start up the project, it is broken

npm remove @angular/cdk

npm install --save @angular/flex-layout @angular/cdk --force
