JavaFX Maven project error when adding sqljdbc dependency to pom.xml (netbeans 8.2 jdk8)


I am new to Maven JavaFX projects. I am trying to create a connection with SQL Server using Hibernate (5.4) still in fase one adding dependencies all is fine until I add the sqljdbc4 dependency to my pom.xml.

The project builds fine but it does not run, and shows this error:

Failed to execute goal org.codehaus.mojo:exec-maven-plugin:1.2.1:exec (default-cli) on project mavenproject1: Command execution failed. Process exited with an error: 1 (Exit value: 1) -> [Help 1]

Solution

  • thank you to everyone who tried to help me i actualy don't know what was the probem or what was i doing wrong but i replaced the sqljdbc drive with jtds drive and my probleme ws solved and i was able to run and connect to my sqlvserver data base using hibernate with no problem thank you everyone.
