Could not find implementations for the following rules specified in the configuration

Question

I am converting my tslint to eslint using below

You are using typescript-eslint which is a :

ESLint plugin [that] wraps a TSLint configuration and lints the whole source using TSLint.

But the error message:

Could not find implementations for the following rules specified in the configuration:

comes from TSLint itself. The reason is that the rules in your tslint.json are not compatible with your TSLint version.

You have to either change the TSLint version or adapt the rules by reviewing the TSLint ChangeLog. Note that typescript-eslint need a 5.x or 6.x TSLint version (See its package.json).
