On Karabiner rules (https://pqrs.org/osx/karabiner/complex_modifications/), there is no rule for Exchange dash and underscore.
[Q] How to exchange dash and underscore through Karabiner or any alternative?
Wanted exchange:

They just call it hyphen and not dash
