After having a stable 4.5.3 bot with multiple dialogs for sometime now I decided to implement Telemetry. Following the docs and sample core bot I believe I have everything there but I get this error upon a lot of turns, often when replacing or restarting a dialog.
ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: telemetryClient
EDIT: I tried upgrading all related dependencies to 4.6.3 but the issue still persists.
It happens on line 94 of MYBOT.cs inside OnTurnAsync:

There's no problems with the userstate/userprofile.
ConversationData is just the simple class from the examples that contain Timestamp (I removed ChannelId).

So I tracked down the problem myself by grabbing the source code to the whole Bot Framework SDK and debugging it.
I'm using Waterfall Dialogs and their state is being persisted via the ConversationState in my storage in JSON like the following:

and upon trying to read the JSON back in it's attempting to instantiate BotTelemetryClient with a null argument to the constructor which is:

}
Although most likely not the proper fix I got around the issue by using:
telemetryClient = telemetryClient;
instead.
