How can I add pictures from QListview to QGraphicsView? (with Drag Drop)


Firstly, I create QListview class. Than, I add items in to the QListview. After that, I create QGraphicsView class. I want to transfer items's pictures ( created by QListview) to QGraphicsView with Drag-Drop. I have a problem. I can't transfer the items's pictures class to class. My code is like this

Solution

  • It is not necessary to create a new mimetype since the model already has one by default "application/x-qabstractitemmodeldatalist", so in this case I will only create a dummy model in the QGraphicsView to receive the data and thus be able to reuse it in the QGraphicsView.

    If you still want to continue using another mimetype, the correct option in the views that support models like QListView is to add a new format to mimeData:
