Whenever I am running lerna bootstrap --hoist
or lerna bootstrap
I am getting the following error on my windows machine.
I have already tried npm login
and force cleaned the npm cache but nothing seems to be working.

I finally found a solution; it seems to be an issue with Windows. Just run the command in an admin command prompt in your current working directory and it would work.
