Navbar issue asp.net site.mobile.master

Question

I'm having difficulty integrating asp.net site.mobile.master page into my asp.net application. Specifically, the navbar which I've seen work in jsFiddle is not showing up correctly.

The code I provided works! It had to do with adding scripts that the asp.net template adds to the master.site page automatically but does not add to master.mobile.site page. As this took me a good amount of time to realize since I'm new to asp.net, I hope this helps someone else! Add the below code right below the form tag.
