I am attempting to create a function that will allow a phone number between 9-11 digits long (Currently the function is allowing 11 digits).
When I write the function for the phone number checker and place it at the bottom of my JavaScript, my email checker function no longer works properly.
I need to find a solution that will allow both the email and phone number functions to work.
If anyone has a solution your input would be great.

I started from your other question... About your phone length validation.
var phoneno = /^\d{9}|\d{10}|\d{11}$/;
The above will return true if it finds a sequence of 9, 10 or 11 digits...
But also for 12, 13, up to n digits.
Here is how you should limit from 9 to 11 digits, using regex:
var phoneno = /^\d{9,11}$/;
A short note about <input type="tel">
, it isn't browser compatible yet, as shown here.
