SmartCard - It seems that Card Manager doesn't exist

I have a processor card (Oberthur COSMO), the ATR is 3B 04 68 EA 90 00, but I am unable to select card manager by APDU, I have tried a lot of AID but unsuccessfully. I also tried to select master file but I got the same result. My question is, Is card manager installed by manufacturer or we can download and install it and how can we install it?

Card manager is usually installed by manufacturer. You need to contact to them to know the AID, or to get document to do it by yourself.
