Outlook Add-in not showing up as contextual in desktop client

Question

Trying to create a outlook add-in following all the guidelines from the link below. For some reason i am unable to show up as a contextual one..

For the OWA it shows up as right above mail.. But in Desktop its moving to the Command bar.. Please the pic below..

Finally solved it myself, documentation needs to be updated for new version of the SDK..
