It show blank plot...

But this works and show glyphs and points:

Whats going on here?


Solution

  • When testing your code, I have a warning:

    can't compute normals probably means that you have consecutive data points that are superimposed.

    One solution is to add the option tube_radius=None. This way, VTK does not draw a tube that follows your data points but simply links them with a plain line, see http://docs.enthought.com/mayavi/mayavi/auto/mlab_helper_functions.html#plot3d
