I'm failing in running the following hello world on Kivy:
import kivy
kivy.require('1.7.0')
from kivy.app import App
from kivy.uix.button import Label
class HelloApp(App):
def build(self):
return Label(text='Hello World!')
if __name__=="__main__":
HelloApp().run()
with the following errors:
$ python hello1.py

I suspect my Kivy cygwin's installation may be lacking.
Are there instructions for installing Kivy on cygwin? (googling the usual suspects did not produce any results)
What fixed the situation?
Kivy,
installing Cython
and pygame
with pip
in Cygwin's Python 2.7startxwin
export DISPLAY=:0.0
