DSpace: Difference between columns 'owner' and 'collection_id' on table 'workflowitem'

What's the difference between columns 'owner' and 'collection_id' on table 'workflowitem' ?

Owner refers to the user account (EPerson), while collection ID is the identifier for the collection the item is currently processed in.
