how to convert char array to wchar_t array?

char cmd[40];
driver = FuncGetDrive(driver);
sprintf_s(cmd, "%c:\\test.exe", driver);

I cannot use cmd in

sei.lpFile = cmad;

so, how to convert char array to wchar_t array ?
