Ring AlarmClock immediately

Is there a way to immediately activate Android's AlarmClock? I'm trying with AlarmClock.ACTION_SET_ALARM along with the current hour and minute, but that will just set it to 23 hours and 59 minutes from now. Any help? Or is it not possible?

  • I feel like you would be better served explaining what the end result you want is. Is it simply displaying the alarm UI? The alarm tone?
