Change RadPane ContentUrl with a RadButton

I need to set the content of a RadPane from another RadPane by using a RadButton. I tried using the Target property with the name of the panel, but it's not working. It works with a RadToolBarButton, but I can't use that.

Here is an example:

Solution

I can't achieve with RadButton a simple solution using just the normal behavior of the control, so here the code i need to attach to the RadButton.OnClientClicking.
