SQL Server Business Intelligence 2005 for SSIS in Express edition

Is there anyway to use Business Intelligence Development Studio with SQL Server 2005 Express Edition? Or is it available for Enterprise and Developer Editions? If it is possible to have BIDS standalone install for SSIS?

You can run Business Intelligence Development Studio on a local instance of 2005 Express:

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Toolkit

You may want to install SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services for SSRS.

All that said, I don't believe you can run SSIS on 2005 Express (more info here).
